Thank you for your interest in working with Jen. Because her availability is limited, every tattoo request is reviewed individually based on the project, size, placement, scheduling needs, and the type of appointment time available.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment, and requests are not processed as a first-come, first-served queue. If your project is selected or an opening matches your request and availability, Sundog will contact you with the next steps.

Complete our Tattoo Request Form with your idea, placement, size, availability, and reference images. Jen reviews each request based on project fit and scheduling; submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
Jen’s rate is $160 per hour, with a $160 minimum charge. Saturdays are generally reserved for current clients with ongoing work and selected larger projects.
If your project is a fit, we’ll contact you when a suitable opening becomes available.
